Voice technology can be used anywhere that RF scanners or portable terminals can be used. Examples are product put systems, pallet picking, conveyor or pick module picking, and picking to a batch cart. Voice trains faster, making it an ideal solution for seasonal businesses where temps or inexperienced labor is used. Voice systems can also keep track of individual productivity, providing an incentive to workers to pay attention to their performance. Finally, voice systems can work more efficiently in cold environments or environments where visual displays will not work well.
