This video shows a version of the pick to light cart that uses a wrist RF mounted display to direct the order selector to the next stock location. Once there, the picker scans the location or product, and this causes lights to light up on the cart. Each unique customer order has a light underneath its designated location on the cart. In addition to telling the associate which orders get the stock item selected, the lights can also direct a particular unit quanity to be placed at the location. This way, a picker can visit a single location, pick several units, and then "deal" out the units to 2 or more orders. When the orders are completed, they can be delivered to a pack station on the cart, or unloaded to conveyor.
